Abandoned Motor Vehicles Impounding Act 1993 Tender # 2008 – 00029
NOTICE is hereby given to the owners of the vehicles listed below, having been found abandoned within the Byron Shire Council area, that unless these vehicles are claimed before Thursday 28 August 2008 the vehicles will be sold to recover Council’s costs.

77.2008.029 C029 Diahatsu Sedan Gold
77.2008.030 C030 Ford Falcon Sedan Gold
77.2008.031 C031 Ford Falcon Station Wagon White
77.2008.032 C032 Ford Telstar Sedan Red
77.2008.033 C033 Ford Falcon Station Wagon White

These cars may be inspected on Thursday 28 August 2008 between 3.30pm and 4.30pm at Warren Simons Yard, Banksia Drive, ByronBay.
The above vehicles may be sold to interested persons, if unclaimed by the owner, after Thursday 4 September 2008.
Written “offers to purchase” must be submitted on the specified form (NOTE: each submission on a separate tender form), available on Council’s website at www.byron.nsw.gov.au/forms or by contacting Council on 02 6626 7107.
All prospective purchasers must familiarise themselves with the General Conditions of Tender prior to inspecting the vehicles or submitting an offer to purchase.
