Telecommunication Facilities on Council Owned Land Policy

The objectives of this Policy are:

  1. To enable the provision of up to date telecommunication facilities on Council owned land.
  2. To ensure facilities when proposed do not have an adverse impact upon the amenity of the area, public health of residents and that the site is suitable.
  3. To establish parameters for Council to consider prior to issuing owners consent for the development to proceed.
