Take a moment to look at the Stage 4 planning proposal to amend the Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 by applying environmental (C Zones) and other LEP 2014 zones.
The Stage 4 planning proposal applies to:
- land owned by public authorities
- traditional owners and custodians
- certain private land deferred from Stage 3 by Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure.
