Bangalow Sports Fields are a popular community facility a short 10-minutes from the centre of town and features:
The Bangalow sports fields are a hive of activity on the weekends and with state-of-the-art sports field lighting installed in 2024, evening training and competitions thrive.
Local community clubs use the space to offer training, programs and competitions from junior level to first grade senior teams.
From October to December, when traditional Soccer takes a break, the Bangalow Summer 6's competition is held.
The walking path acts as a boundary to the sporting fields. Here you will find a variety of exercise equipment and benches to sit and relax.
The fields are on the bank of Byron Creek where an active Landcare group has been managing riparian bushland for more than a decade.
