Development Control Plan 2010
Development Control Plans (DCPs) provide planning and building design guidelines for new developments and alterations to existing developments.
Development Control Plan 2010 is used for land where the Byron Local Environmental Plan 1988 applies.
This land is shown as deferred matter (DM) in the Local Environmental Plan 2014.
It does not apply to the West Byron urban release area.
