Strategic Partnerships Policy

We have adopted a Strategic Partnerships Policy, confirming our commitment to encouraging innovative partnerships with the private and non-government sector.

In order to provide services to the community, Council procures products and services by two broad means:

1. Solicited Proposals – Council requests proposals from the open market.
2. Unsolicited Proposals – An idea is 'pitched' to Council.

The below Guidelines set out the process for proposing an idea to Council and Council's assessment criteria.
