Stormwater infrastructure upgrade at Byron Resource Recovery Centre

Council has completed stage 1 of the upgrade to existing stormwater infrastructure at the Byron Resource Recovery Centre (BRRC) in preparation for future weather events and to further future proof the facility. 

The project included upgrading of drains and swales on the northern and western sections of the site affecting public access and operations at the BRRC.

The stormwater upgrade is part of a larger multi-year BRRC upgrade program.
