Causeways

Causeway #1

Near 46 Wanganui Road just before McPhails Road 
  • Replacing causeway with a low-level bridge
 Programmed to commence planning in late 2025 

Causeway #2

Near national parks in close proximity to 274 Wanganui Road 
  •  Install rock protection 
  •  Reconstruct southern concrete approach slab
 Programmed to commence planning in late 2025

Landslips

Landslip 1 

Near 274 Wanganui Road
  • Remove debris 
  • Place pinned jute mesh 
  • Reform verge and open drain
  • Clear table drain, reshape batter face
  Programmed to commence planning in late 2025

 

Landslip 2

Near 46 Wanganui Road 
  • Remove slipped material
  Programmed to commence planning in late 2025
