Expressions of Interest to become a member of Council’s Place Planning Collective are now open.
The Place Planning Collective is made of community members, Councillors and staff who meet monthly to apply the actions of our place plans.
We are currently looking for new members from:
- Bangalow
- Mullumbimby
- Federal
- Byron Arts and Industry Estate.
We want to hear from people who are:
- Active in their communities.
- Passionate about making positive changes in our towns and villages.
- All ages, backgrounds and abilities welcome.

The closing date for Expressions of Interest is 21 October 2024.
Expressions of Interest will be reported to Council who will select the new members. We will then notify all applicants of the outcome.
