Proposed changes to conservation zones and other land use zones

Feedback on the Stage 4 planning proposal to amend the Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 by applying environmental (C Zones) and other LEP 2014 zones, closed 27 October 2024.

The Stage 4 planning proposal applies to:

• land owned by public authorities
• traditional owners and custodians
• certain private land deferred from Stage 3 by Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure.
