We have received a proposal to make changes to Byron Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014. This will allow an approval pathway for the unauthorised dwelling at 114 Stewarts Road, Clunes.
The proposal is seeking a dwelling entitlement for the land. This will create the pathway for the landowners to obtain approval, via a development application, for the dwelling.
A Planning Agreement has also been submitted. The purpose of this is for the landowner to pay Council developer contributions.
Council is the designated plan-making authority for this planning proposal.
