Waterlily Park

Waterlily Park in Ocean Shores has an amazing playspace that is inspired by nature and the local surroundings. It includes:

a children's nature-based playscape
40m double Flying Fox with both a standard and an all-abilities seat
'Tree house' and 'Fort' - two level timber play structures
enormous timber see-saw
webbed basket swing
double slippery dip
climbing nets
activities for younger children - like musical pipes, a spinning wheel, and tactile elements.

Shade sails provide cover to the main play areas and an adjacent BBQ shelter and seating provide options for parents and carers.

Accessible pathways link the play elements to the adjacent car park, as well as traversing 360m through the parklands.

Playworks, an Australian playground specialist, delivered the upgrades to Waterlily Park.

There is also outdoor exercise gym equipment.

Stage one of the playspace upgrade was completed in March 2017 and stage two September 2019.
