Lumpy road surface with cars angle-parked on both sides.

A major upgrade of Wordsworth Street in Byron was completed in September 2023.

The work included:

  • a new carpark
  • renewal of the road surface
  • improved drainage
  • landscaping
  • improvements to the intersection with Shirley Street.
