We have received a proposal to make changes to Byron Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014. This will allow an approval pathway for the unauthorised dual occupancy at 55 Settlement Road, Main Arm.
The proposal is seeking a dwelling entitlement for the land. This will create the pathway for the landowners to obtain approval, via a development application, for the dual occupancy.
A Planning Agreement has also been submitted. The purpose of this is for the landowner to pay Council developer contributions.
Council is the designated plan-making authority for this planning proposal.
