Cemetery Services Application Forms

All burials of bodily remains must be coordinated through a Funeral Director.

Please contact your preferred Funeral Director and they will assist you through the process.

We can help to arrange the following services:

• Cremated remains internment
• Installing or modifying a headstone 
• Changing your details on the cemetery register. 

Interment Right Holders can use the following forms to apply to:

Transfer Internment Right

If you are not the Interment Right Holder, you will need to have the Interment Right transferred to you before you can make changes.
